Registration Procedure

Request a Form:To ensure accurate scheduling, we will provide a custom registration form tailored to your chosen courses and dates.

Submit Registration: Return the completed form along with any necessary documents that may be required.

(a)Training documents and student credentials will be  generated directly from this information, please ensure all entries are legible and spelled correctly.

(b) To avoid processing delays, ensure your preferred payment method is clearly indicated on the form; there are 3 options listed for payment.

(c) Confirm on the registration form any expiration date requirements before submitting registration. A $125 administrative fee per each registrant will apply to any document revisions or reissuances requested after the training date.

Invoice issued: once a completed registration form is processed an invoice will be sent based on your chosen payment method. 

Payment: Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Seats are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. These are open-enrollment classes available for individual or group registration. We recommend prompt payment to secure your preferred dates.      See payment methods below

Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment in full, a formal class confirmation will be issued, officially securing placement in the course. This confirmation will include essential class details and verify the student information on file.

Company Check – Sent to Vertical Safety Solutions

Credit or Debit Card: Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Upon registration, we will email a PayPal invoice directly to your preferred email address. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to complete your payment by credit or debit card.

Direct PayPal Transfer: If you prefer to pay using your own PayPal balance or linked account, we will email a PayPal invoice directly to your preferred email address.

To provide a truly supportive learning environment, we keep our classes small. This allows for meaningful 1-on-1 time between students and instructors.”

Class sizes are strictly limited to a total of eight students per session. Please note that when multiple courses are scheduled concurrently (e.g., Authorized and Competent levels), the eight-seat limit applies to the combined total of all registered participants, not per individual course title.

In the event a class fills up prior to receipt of payment, our goal is to schedule a supplemental session within two weeks of the original date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Should a registered student be unable to attend, we welcome a substitute attendee from the same organization at no additional cost. While we cannot guarantee a policy waiver or future availability, we may consider rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific circumstances.

Non-Refundable- Non-Transferable Circumstances: For any of the following: failure to complete or pass the course, “no-show” absences, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions during classroom or practical field training. Safety is our priority; any student compromising the safety of themselves or others will be removed from the session without a refund.
